The YWCA of Central Massachusetts, founded in 1885, is the longest-serving non-profit organization by, for, and about women whose mission it is to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
Our mission-driven work strives us to be an all-inclusive women’s advocacy and resource center using a pro-active approach, allowing us to serve the diverse needs of women through our six main programs: domestic violence, housing, shelter, childcare, wellness and health equity, youth development, and racial justice/gender equity.
Job Description
$500 SIGN ON BONUS* Hours Vary
As a substitute aid, you will provide support and assistance in a classroom setting, creating a welcoming and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow at their own pace.
Responsibilities will include overseeing children, maintaining a safe and clean environment, greeting parents, and communicating any out of ordinary information regarding the children to the classroom teacher.
