Remote Outreach Call Center Agent (NC)

Position: Medical Records Outreach Representative
Location: Remote Work From Home *Raleigh, North Carolina*
Pay: $16/hr.
Training: Remote for 5 days
Shift: Must be available to work an 8hr. shift M-F between 5am-6pm
Making outbound calls attempting to collect charts from providers on behalf of the clients (BCBS, Humana, Cigna…).
Depending on the department they would either be calling the providers, receiving calls from the providers or scheduling techs to go to the providers.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
Must have high speed internet in your home.
Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent
Must be able to pass the Drug & Background check.
Must be a NC resident close to Raleigh!
