Title: Seasonal Customer Support (Call Center) Representative

Description
- Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service by actively selling and promoting Deseret Book products and services at our customer support center.
- Provide support to customers using phone, email, and live chat.
- Process phone orders, credits, replacements, and data entry.
- Provide basic support for digital products and Deseret Book apps.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.Â
- Place outbound courtesy calls to customers for special promotions.
- Approximately 25-30 hours per week
- Shifts Available:
- M-F 8 am – 2 pm (5 hours on Saturday* hours may vary)
- M-F 10 am – 4 pm (5 hours on Saturday* hours may vary)
- M-F 2pm – 8 pm (5 hours on Saturday* hours may vary)
- Saturdays are required
Wage
$13.90 - $16.90 per hour DOE
Required Skills
- Superior customer service and sales skills
- Excellent computer and data entry skills (with accuracy)
- Able to learn multiple computer programs quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a supportive team member with a positive attitude.
- Keyboard 45 wpm
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
- Must be able to work through the entire holiday season
