Description:

2nd Shift Monday to Friday 2:00 - 10:30pm (With OT 8-10hr days), Saturday 6-8hrs

3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am (come in earlier for OT)

(WILL TRAIN ON EITHER 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT FOR AT LEAST 1-2 MONTHS

Quantum manufactures CNG fuel storage systems/tanks for trucks/big rigs, their products can be around 500 pounds.

Employees are required to stand, walk, or sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch.

Moving Heavy Materials, Load and Unload

Employees will be asked to work in different stations, stations below:

Rotomold Operator - Ijection mold machines to make the tanks

Winding Machine Operator - winding machines to wrap the tanks with resin/protective layer

Trailer Assembler - Getting tanks ready in the trucks, doing more pressure tests

Tube Bending - Installing and shaping all the metal tubing that goes around the tank, the safety equipment

Adapter, Volumetric, EOL Domes/Labels - measuring the tanks, checking that they're pressurized correctly (lowering into water tank, checking for bubbles), a lot of measuring, working with pressures a plus not necessary)

• Experience and proficiency with tools very important
• must know how to use a torque wrench (Can you explain how to use a torque wrench? They ask this in interview!)
• Experience with visual instruction sheets or routers a plus but not mandatory
