Compliance Analyst
Process Specialist
Location : Irving, TX

In the role of Process Specialist, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, process training and certifications for the team, talent management related activities, Service Level Agreement compliance and Process compliance. You will also be involved in day-to-day customer interactions, knowledge management and process reengineering activities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Collect contract details from client’s sourcing experts/contract managers
• Identify the appropriate contract compliance and buying channel approach
• Build the contract compliance record in Ariba
• Work with sourcing experts/contract managers on the creation of and updates to contracted vendor profiles
• Work with Accounts Payable to verify contract/contracted data in an ERP, and make updates as needed
• Support stakeholders in the creation of PO/PR
• Preferred systems - SAP & Ariba

Location for this position is Irving, TX.

Qualifications
Basic:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 2 year of related work experience

• Focus on continuous improvements, ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve
• Keen attention to details and accuracy
• Experience in indirect Sourcing contracts/Ariba
• Team player – engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Adaptability – able to change in order to fit in new and different work assignments
• Strong computing skills (MS Excel & MS Word) and confidence in managing multiple systems
