The Pet Station Country Club is an upscale pet resort in Louisville. We are looking for self-motivated, positive, animal lovers to join our Boarding Team as an Overnight Boarding Team Member. The Boarding Team is responsible for the direct care of our daily and overnight animal guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working third shift (7 PM-6 AM)
• Being the main caregiver to guests during the overnight hours
• Being self-directed to follow directions and complete tasks without supervision
• Safely handling multiple animal families
• Cleaning continuously using the cleaners and equipment provided, including cleaning tasks like laundry and dishes
• Treating animals with compassion, respect, and love
• Treating team members with kindness and respect
• Being self-motivated to complete assigned tasks with little oversight
• Communicating effectively with peers and leadership
• Handling dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

• Comfortable working an overnight shift
• Comfortable completing tasks alone or with few team members
• Punctual and responsible, shows up to assigned shifts ready to work!
• Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and breeds
• Comfortable moving and standing for long periods of time
• Comfortable safely lifting objects of pets weighing at least 60 lbs
• Comfortable with spending the majority of some of their work shifts cleaning
• Interested in working interdependently in a team environment
• Positive and passionate about caring for animals!

This is a full-time position that will be scheduled for 35-40 hours each week. Benefits include employee discounts, holiday shift differential pay, health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances, as well as the opportunity to earn paid time off.

This position could be scheduled anywhere during the following days/hours:
Monday-Sunday
7 PM-6AM
Full-time: 35-40 hours/week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
