Job Responsibilities:

• Design programs and train therapists
• Work directly with clients
• Communicate with parents and provide parent training
• Implement treatment plans and programs with fidelity
• Collect, graph, and analyze data
• Provide behavior support and academic support using ABA

Required Skills:

• NYS License in ABA (LBA or Limited Permit)
• Masters degree in ABA, or candidate must be pursuing a MA or certificate in ABA
• Fluency in data collection (frequency, discrete trial, interval, etc.)
• Experience writing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans
• Experience working in school environments using ABA
• Experience working with individuals with autism, specifically teenagers
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team

Job Type: Contract with opportunity for part-time or full-time
