Job description
Lucky Line Products, Inc. is an established manufacturer and distribution company with GREAT benefits looking for a full-time Sales Account Coordinator, with zero to 5 years of experience. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of sales and marketing support functions, developing relationships with customers to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service in order to accomplish company sales goals and objectives. This is an entry level position with minimal overnight travel to attend tradeshows. Lucky Line is in the Mira Mar area of San Diego. The hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. M-F.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the National Account Manager in all sales and marketing initiatives including account analysis, reporting and presentations
- Provide effective and regular communication with customers to grow sales and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and communicate new product information and promotions to customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
- Assist and respond to requests from locksmith distributors to increase sales by providing support of specials and sponsorships
- Assist in new product eblasts to all major distributors and sales reps to include item data, pricing and images pertaining to each new account to generate responses with additional questions and requests
- Update and maintain internal databases with up-to-date information including sales and marketing contacts, email addresses, proposals, and pricing contracts
- Provide account information as needed, including net price schedules, catalogs, correspondence to potential new accounts, pricing, and samples
- Provide customer feedback to sales and marketing teams
- Attend weekly meetings as needed
- Coordinate and attend tradeshows
- Provide sales support for tradeshow follow-up to garner new business opportunities
- Support pre / post show strategy to include direct mail and telemarketing to qualified leads
- Assist in travel arrangements when required
- Assist other departments when required
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position
- Knowledge of and appreciation for customer service excellence
- Knowledge of the sales process and basic sales techniques
- Ability to communicate and write correspondence to customers effectively and professionally
- Ability to generate clear and concise emails to customers and internal employees
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Requires strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have strong verbal (presentation) skills
Preferred educational background
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) from four-year college or university (preferred)
- 2 to 3 years sales or customer service experience
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP Business One a plus
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
