Assisting Hands Home Care of Southwest Milwaukee is a “Goldilocks” regional home care business: not too big, not too small - -just right - - but also growing rapidly. We are a leader in providing home care services to the elderly throughout Greater Milwaukee and the entire Southeastern Region of Wisconsin. The Account Executive position is a Key Position for our Agency. This position is part of the overall Assisting Hands Management Team and with that comes an overriding commitment to achieve client care excellence and business development goals.

This position will have responsibility for sales generation within the Greater Milwaukee area. Assisting Hands utilizes a relationship development method to identify new client opportunities with referral sources. This approach emphasizes a trusted relationship between a referral source and an Assisting Hands Account Executive. Cultivating such relationships is an essential element of the role, requiring the Account Executive to work in the field far more than the office. The Account Executive also will have responsibility for nurturing and converting potential clients, once identified, through various means of outreach, which may include performing “Intakes” that involve in-home consultations/assessments, issuing proposals, and onboarding clients who enroll.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Build trusted referral relationships with health care professionals as a trusted, reliable, business partner. Examples include:

o Assisted Living Communities

o Rehab facilities

o Skilled nursing providers

o Hospitals

o Physician Offices

o Attorneys

· Meet with prospective new clients and present to them the benefits of utilizing Assisting Hands services, issue proposals and enroll them

· Collaborate with the Assisting Hands Care Coordinator, and her team, on the intake of new clients and successfully transitioning them to our care management process

· Be actively involved in 2 groups (e.g., Health care groups, church group, PTA, Alzheimer’s Association) so that you develop a network of people who can provide referrals

· Lead and support health fairs and other events that are put on by our referral sources

· Ensure Assisting Hands marketing literature is strategically placed throughout the community

· Follow up on internet leads

Requirements, Skills, Traits and Qualities

Requirements

· Post-secondary degree in relevant field

· 2+ years sales or customer service experience, preferably in health care or senior service setting

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
