Job description
BOSS Facility Services is searching for a senior-level dynamic individual with extraordinary organization skills and consistent attention to detail to serve as our Account Executive. They will be expected to monitor services provided as well as elevate the overall support of our Client base in each department. Having incredible interpersonal and communication skills- listening, verbal and written- are imperative to providing the necessary support and guidance the management teams need to promote team efficiency and effective performance. Our Clients are accustomed to our superior level of service therefore this individual must possess impeccable managerial and customer service skills. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential in being successful in this executive-level role in addition to a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
The Account Executive role is a full-time, exempt position. It requires you to be in the office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00pm. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of Clients' goals and expectations.
- Resolving any account level issues and problems faced by Clients and dealing with complaints to establish and maintain trust.
- Scheduling recurring account reviews with Clients to discuss any specific needs that aren’t being met, including additional services BOSS can provide.
- Tracking SLA performances and identifying areas for improvement.
- Using quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness are evaluated and identifying opportunities for improvement as relates to Clients.
- Creating and maintaining Client progress reports and strategy reports.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating current business processes within and between the operation departments and supporting departments to facilitate improving efficiencies.
- Working with the internal management teams to implement process and policy changes as needed.
- Client advocate for all on-boarding processes across all departments.
- Working with senior management team to assist with decisions for Client-focused operational activities and related strategic goals.
Education
· Bachelor ‘s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Salary: starting at $70,000 commensurate with experience
