As an Account Executive at Palmer Group, your primary mission is to develop and strengthen relationships with clients and prospects who need help finding and hiring talent for their businesses. The demand for quality and timely service is very high.

You will partner with experienced recruiters who specialize in Sales and Marketing recruiting. Candidates are sourced continuously from a variety of locations including our database of over 190,000 existing contacts, referrals, job postings, applications, resume databases, and social media.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in business development. Calls are made in person, via video, over the phone, and through e-mail. This is an activity-based business that requires patience, persistence, and consistent planning and execution. We are an employee-owned company, and our culture is positive, professional, and happy. We only hire professionals who will help maintain and improve our office environment.
