Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and assist in the daily operations of our motor project. The Account Manager will play a vital role in monitoring payments, managing outstanding balances, and ensuring seamless communication with clients on a daily basis. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, acting as the first point of contact for senior executives, handling administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, supporting ad hoc projects, identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, collaborating on go-to-market plans, analyzing sales data, managing social media content, and updating the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Monitor Payments: Track and manage all incoming and outgoing payments related to the motor project, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Outstanding Balance Management: Regularly review and analyze outstanding balances, identify delinquencies, and take proactive measures to minimize payment delays.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates on account status, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Calendar Management: Effectively manage complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Document Preparation: Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and other software as necessary.
Executive Support: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO and senior executives, handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.
Expense Management: Manage expenses, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidential files and records, handle sensitive information with discretion.
Project Support: Support the CEO and senior executives with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and building relationships with key clients.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and execute go-to-market plans.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Social Media Management: Create and edit content for social media channels, including the ability to write essays.
CRM Management: Update and monitor the CRM system.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,732.16 per year
