The primary function of the Account Manager is to go out into the marketplace and generate new business. The Account Manager will generate new business in the market areas targeted by the Vice President of Sales.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success with our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

(Must be located in the OKC area. No relocation cost included)

The primary functions of this position include:

• Grow sales from current customer base.
• Generate new customer business in the market areas defined by the Vice President of Sales.
• Achieve or exceed the sales, growth, and gross profits goals set by the Vice President of Sales.
• Identify new product, services or markets that will help the company to maximize revenue year after year.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Required – High school diploma or equivalent and at least one-year experience in sales.
Preferred – College degree in business, sales or marketing and at least three years’ experience in sales preferably in the seals/gasket industry.

• Previous account management experience
• Accustomed to a client facing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 per year
