The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for handling incoming customer invoices and ensuring payment is received in a timely manner. Along with this, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for processing payments, handling any overdue payments, updating financial reports and other various clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently and staying organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding payments.
- Review payment histories and make recommendations to the accounting department.
- Write letters to customers entering late payment status.
- Be able to communicate well with staff members and customers.
- Create monthly reports regarding customer payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
