About the Job

• You will be responsible for maintaining each assigned client’s accounting, including accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and assist with other accounting functions, and each client’s insurance, both liability and benefits. Apart from this, you will be required to perform various clerical duties, and as the company grows, job functions and titles may change to match the needs of its clients.
• Ideally, you should have an excellent knowledge of various accounting principles and practices. You should also possess outstanding analytical skills with the ability to pay a keen eye to detail.
• This is a full-time remote position. Pay is negotiable and based upon skill, experience, and fit with the company: expected range to be $18 - $20 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, 401k with match, paid sick leave, and paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Enter AP, obtain approval, and pay invoices
• Enter AR and payments
• Build spreadsheets and assist with payroll audits
• Complete paperwork
• Maintaining document database and filing
• Entry and maintenance of payroll records and assist in processing payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
