Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated, accounting and HR assistant to help us with data entry, AP/AR and general department tasks. The ideal candidate should have one year experience with large volume data entry and/or one year experience with clerical duties. If you have previous experience in either or both of these areas we’d love to meet you!
Clerical Duties:
- Completing daily deposits.
- Tracking and reconciling company credit cards and associated expense reports.
- Processing consultant, employee expense, and general AP once a week.
- Bi-weekly timesheet tracking and posting.
- Processing employee invoices/billing monthly.
- Reconciling consultant and vendor statements.
- Performing various Accounting Administrative tasks.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including formatting and posting job requisitions, updating the ATS, following up with Interview Team, managing, and scheduling interviews.
- Organizing onboarding for candidates, including coordinating with practice area and operations.
Data Entry Responsibilities:
- Transfer project data from contract to Vantagepoint software.
- Transfer HR data from Paycom to Vantagepoint software.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Type in data quickly, efficiently and accurately.
