Accounts Payable Administrator Job Responsibilities:

• Complete all accounts payable functions, including vendor payments, purchase order processing, and statement reconciliations
• Process weekly check run for assigned stores/vendors
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing
• Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices
• Work with vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices
• Complete on-demand check requests
• Other related functions that may arise

Accounts Payable Administrator Job Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organization skills & attention to detail are a must

• Minimum 6 months experience in high volume Accounts Payable role
• Must be dependable, accurate, able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong Excel knowledge required
• CDK software experience preferred but not required

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
