How You Will Contribute to Our Team

  • Process pending transactions on the Branch Account Receivables, International Freight & Transportation Services Intracompany and unbilled report in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prioritize and complete work according to the National Manager, Support Services direction, Customs requirements and Livingston standards
  • Responsible for manipulating Microsoft Excel data using filters or other complex Excel analysis
  • Review transactions with the ability to identify missing transactions in a complex financial process
  • Build and maintain a working relationship with Freight Payables team to resolve unreconciled transactions
  • Understand and apply accounting principles
  • Maintain a current status of all transactions on the Financial Taskforce reports (60 days or more)
  • Process credit/rebills as needed
  • Work with Freight Payables, Client Financial Services, Managers, Service Delivery and/or International Freight & Transportation Services teams to obtain the necessary information and backup to process/resolve pending transactions
  • Maintain recordkeeping according to internal polices and US Customs regulations
  • Build and maintain excellent, direct working relationships with vendors and carriers in order to resolve outstanding transactions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the billing process
  • Meet established billing key performance indicators
