Our company has an immediate opening for ​an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Requirements:

• QuickBooks proficient
• Manage old accounts, open new accounts
• Knowledge of purchase order system
• Accounts receivables
• Check deposits

Responsibilities:

• Enter payables and analyze invoices
• Submit invoices for approval, issue payments, cut checks as needed
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Review and manage expense reports
• Complete and submit credit applications
• Review master contracts, update insurance certificates
• Collections
• Daily mail management
• Review & correct jobsite orders for accuracy
• Assist with prelims
• Manage credit card payments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Physical setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Spring Valley, CA 91977: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
