LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company in Shaker Heights, OH area to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The is a contract to hire with DH possibility hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate would have 1 year of AP experience, fully cycle accounting, and processing invoices experience.
Responsibilities:
- Record receipts of contract payment and items invoiced
- Prepare and send Pay Agent spreadsheet for disbursements
- Prepare and send disbursement emails to appropriate lenders
- Process invoices on a daily or weekly basis
- Ensure that all of the payments are sent out for the correct amount on a timely basis
- Prepare, verify, and submit monthly ACH spreadsheets
- Set up new ACH requests
- Verify billings are setup, reconciled and payment are made to vendor
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Serve as backup to cash posting and invoicing
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience of AP experience
- Must be able to work independently
- Detail oriented
- Able to work in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

Location: Shaker Heights, OH
Hybrid Schedule: 1 day in office, 4 days WFH (remote)
Work Hours; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
