Accounts Payable Specialist
Job description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall processes of financials, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable & accounts payable. The Finance Manager will work with the Financial Assistant on streamlining financial processes and accountability of financials through jobs in CRM software.
Responsibilites:
- Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
- Properly delegate expenses to proper accounts for organized transaction tracking.
- Work with the Financial Assistant on proper invoices and file keeping of financial data.
- Report to Office Manager on inquiries and general processes for Financial accountability.
- Acccurately process and post payroll.
- Process, approve, accounts payable and receivable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
