We are Ever Better Eating Inc. a Pittsfield, NH company and famous for our organic hand formed pizzas and pizza crusts known as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread. We currently have an immediate full-time opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Review daily PO receipts against receiving paperwork matching invoices to open receivers appropriately and timely
• Experience with 3- and 4-way matching of invoices to PO's.
• Reconcile, process and review accounts payable transactions for correct coding
• Obtain approvals and management sign-off when needed
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between vendor invoices and open receivers in the system
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with planners and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Uphold corporate policies in the accounts payable and cash disbursement areas.
• Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives.
• Participate in annual audit requests related to AP
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Three years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
• QuickBooks experience or equivalent software
• Exceptional data-entry, organization, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task as needed
• Good decision making skills and extremely detail oriented
• Must be courteous and professional at all times with vendors and co-workers
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay for the role ranges from $21- 23.00 per hour depending on level of experience.
