Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an
Accounts Payable Vendor Maintenance candidate with our client located in
Downers Grove, IL. This is a very specialized position, and the ideal candidate would have specific experience creating and managing vendor profiles.
This role would 4 days per week remote and 1 day in office. This
Accounts Payable Vendor Maintenance candidate would be hired on a temporary to permanent basis and be reporting to the AP Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large industry leading manufacturing company. The
Vendor Maintenance candidate would ideally be able to interview and start ASAP!

Accounts Payable Vendor Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Set up vendors to submit invoices through their system
- Work with vendors on errors with the scanning and captures team
- Audit and process a high volume of electronic travel and expense reports in Concur
- Scan and forward invoices for those that cannot send PDF Electronic Invoices
- Maintain system portal and set up all users for portal access
- Forward all non po invoices to the correct employee for approval and coding
- Must have vendor maintenance experience
- Experience in Oracle Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
