Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary:

· Must have experience in Construction Billing and AIA forms.

· Create SOV’s for AIA billings & other invoicing on new projects.

· Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modification, approvals, and any additional service-related to billing

· Coordinate billing meetings with all Project Managers to ensure billings go out timely

· Manage monthly timely billing of AIA requisitions for multiple projects and clients from beginning to end

· Coordinate with subcontractors to receive certified payroll report.

· Processing partial and final lien waivers

· Requesting certificates of insurance & pictures for stored materials

· Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail

· Additional items may be assigned from time to time as determined by business needs.

Qualifications:

· Experience with strong general accounting office skills

· A quick learner who is very organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and re-prioritize based on the needs of the business.

· Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in an extremely fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge in various types of construction billing: Time and material billing;

· Keen sense for attention to detail

· Intermediate to exceptional skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Must have he ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and priorities on an ongoing basis.

· Reliable, consistent, and able to work within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
