-- THE ROLE: --
As an Ad Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator, you'll guide clients through a well defined campaign strategy process to choose the marketing direction. Then you'll create effective new ads - write compelling ad copy and design appealing ad images. You'll launch and manage your campaigns day-to-day as they run, making optimizations to achieve the best performance.
-- KEY OBJECTIVES: --
- Facilitate campaign strategy meetings with clients to gain agreement on strategy, audiences, offers, and copy angles.
- Create effective ads including strategic ad copy and visually appealing images that are delivered and approved by the client.
- Increases leads and conversion rates by optimizing campaigns and ads.
- Optimize Cost Per Lead to achieve the highest ROI for clients.
- Scores high Client NPS ratings by listening to clients and helping them along the way.
- Minimizes ad creation time and time to launch using best practices, templates, and creative skills, so that ROI is realized fast.
-- REQUIREMENTS: --
- Strong copywriting & design skills. Experience with Canva.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Comfortable leading meetings.
- 2-3 Years of experience in digital advertising (ie. FB/IG/Google/LinkedIn) with conversion or lead optimized campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or Media (ie. Creative Writing, Digital Media).
The key skills YOU need to be successful in this role are copywriting & client communications. Some online advertising experience is required. LinkedIn experience is great, but not required. We have an effective framework which we will teach you, along with extensive LinkedIn Ads training. Agency experience is a plus.
This role begins as a 3-month contract-to-hire, and 100% remote.
