Administrative Assistant
Adelphoi is looking for a dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team!
This position is responsible for data entry and support for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process forms for data entry
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields from various assigned databases
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
- Verify data and correct data when necessary
- Prepare relevant electronic reports as needed
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (creating & using) & various reports
- End-user support for Electronic Health Records
- Create training materials, manuals, PowerPoint presentations
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
- A minimum of three years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
