Administrative Assistant
We are a small HOA management company that has been in business for over 15 years. We provide special boutique service to our customers and communities which sets us apart from other companies. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our awesome team.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by supporting the Managers and the Executive Assistant.
- Prepare and process compliance letters and mass mail outs
- Daily mail run to and from the post office as well as open and stamp the mail.
- Schedule contractors, get bids, send community email blasts for the Managers
- Assist with filing, purging files, setting up files for new communities and digitizing existing files.
- Returning homeowner calls and assisting with their requests.
- Assist with whatever else the Executive Assistant needs you to do.
- Run errands for the office for supplies, lunch, etc.
- Run personal errands for the President of the company as needed.
- Keep track of office supply inventory
The salary is commiserate with experience. Health benefits, paid time off, sick time and holiday pay provided.
Office Administrator Qualifications / Skills:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
