Duties/Responsibilities: Performing application intake responsibilities in a Passaic County Home Energy Assistance office. Interacting with clients in person, via phone, email, fax and mail. Duties include: typing; gathering and organizing documents; reviewing documents submitted by clients; answering general client questions; answering telephones; responding to emails; making copies and sorting mail.
