WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as liaison between the President, Senior Management/Corporate and Regional Staff, government agencies, and hospital employees.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the office.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Adapt to high volume and high stress areas.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
Modify behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes.
Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Basic computer software, hardware, and communication devices to perform tasks.
Strong customer service skills.
