We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/CSR to join our team and provide support to our staff and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, taking phone calls, filing documents, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and submitting timesheets to the payroll department.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
