Harmony Place treatment facility is located in the upscale area of Woodland Hills, California. We specialize in helping our clients obtain the life skills needed to overcome drug and alcohol addiction as well as co-occurring mental health problems.

  • Previous experience in the treatment industry is a plus, though not necessary. Familiarity with health insurance is a plus.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft, Power Point, Access, Outlook
  • General basic knowledge and ability to learn project management software such as KIPU, DAZOS, call- tracking metrics, call center phone system.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, strong decision-making skills
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management, resourceful.
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Great multi-tasker, outstanding problem-solving skills, detail oriented, work well under pressure.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to: filing, photocopying, preparing agendas for meetings, taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, sorting mail, maintaining database records.
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, reports and emails to determine their significance and distribute appropriately.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Manage accounts.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings for CEO and Director of Operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate filing system, demonstrate strong organizational skills
    • Schedule and set up meetings for leadership team
    • Prioritize workload involving multiple projects/timelines
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years in assisting high level executives
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential information
  • Excellent computer skills a necessity: Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel Outlook Power Point, Access
  • Internet Savvy, data base management, SEO experience to assist with ad words, social media, Facebook, Google tracking, outcome studies
  • AA/NA experience a plus
  • Able to multi-task is essential and to be accurate as well as detail oriented
  • Develop and maintain accurate filing system, demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Schedule and set up meetings for leadership team
  • Prioritize workload involving multiple projects/timelines
  • Self-motivated and ability to take initiative in a constantly evolving environment
  • Database Management, SEO experience to assist with AD words, social media, Facebook, Google tracking, Outcome Studies
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience preferably in Healthcare
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities, frequent interruptions, deadlines
