You are responsible for acting as a liaison among customers, technicians and Mr. Appliance of Mid Michigan owners/managers. Assists with orders, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
The objective of this position is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Primary Job Duties:· Respond to communications from customers, vendors or 3rd party contacts either by email, text, or phone same day if possible· Enter customer data into software package (SmartWare) and schedule service calls· Route service calls and dispatch jobs to service professionals· Notify customers of upcoming service call times daily by email, text, or phone call· Maintain contact with service professionals throughout the workday· Communicate for service authorization by email, text, or phone call when required· Process payments and refunds for services· Monitor all open work orders daily· Review and finalize work orders as they are returned by service professionals, including sending invoices and submitting claims as needed· Follow up with customers - thanking for business, addressing concerns - missed opportunities - those that declined repair Additional Job Duties:· End of day accounting transfers· Monitor A/R and communicate to accounts with outstanding balances· Assist in managing technician availability for dispatching· Inventory management: - create purchase orders for each part ordered - add/edit parts to system as needed - order and receive parts - track shipments - return unused or damaged parts and create necessary paperwork - communicate status of part orders to customers· Participate with ongoing training for duties· Assist with marketing, Social Media or otherwise· Maintain service vendor accounts and statements as well as services rendered - compose/coordinate documents required· Maintain service vehicles· Assist with recruiting/interviewing/training of service professionals· Other duties as communicated
Required Skills: · Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows/Office 365 and Google Chrome· Detail orientation· Excellent telephone skills· Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment· Able to maintain quality work with multiple interruptions· Organizational and time management skills· Excellent interpersonal skills
