Looking for a personal assistant who is upbeat and positive, has good office skills such as an ability to use a computer or laptop efficiently, and to be able to conduct over the phone interviews. Also, must have good communication and have basic math skills. Flexible on hours. Located in JEMISON ALABAMA.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Maintain meticulous financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and general ledger maintenance. Your attention to detail and proficiency with financial software will be instrumental in accurately managing financial transactions.

Budget Management: Assist in budget creation and monitoring to ensure optimal financial management. You will collaborate closely with the individual to maintain a clear understanding of their financial goals and obligations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends. Your ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and concise manner will contribute to informed decision-making.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing important documents. Your exceptional organizational skills and efficiency will keep everything running smoothly.

Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the individual and relevant parties, such as vendors, financial institutions, and service providers. Your excellent communication skills and professionalism will ensure effective and timely communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
