We seek a detail-oriented, multi-tasker with an upbeat professional personality and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment. Working in collaboration with the Volunteer Director, you’ll provide clinical and administrative support for the department to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This involves managing general office tasks, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling/confirming appointments, electronic/paper filing, screening and routing phone calls, onboarding volunteers, incoming/outgoing mail distribution, and ongoing projects and goals of the volunteer services team.

To do well in this multi-faceted role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year’s progressively responsible experience in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills
• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
