The Fountains of West County Senior Living is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will follow fulfill the following role:

1. Perform Expected administrative duties for the Director of Operations, as required.

2. Answer phones and assist Residents, Families and Vendors as needed.

3. Be a team player and assist in other departments as needed.

4. Assist HR/Office Manager with New Hire Paperwork.

5. Update and Maintain Administration general filing system.

6. Update and Maintain Current Resident files in Quick Mar.

7. Update and Maintain Current Resident Phone List.

8. Prepare New Hire Packets, including creating Employee Badges.

9. Schedule and Maintain In Service and OSHA Training.

10. Report Meter Reading on Copier to Copying Concepts, monthly.

11. Order Office Supplies, and/or other healthcare supplies as required.

12. Maintain Inventory of storage closet and supply room.

13. Update and Maintain Nursing Records, as needed.

14. Update and Maintain Employee Records, including background checks, vaccinations, etc...

15. Inform appropriate supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
