Administrative Assistant in the Sale Department
Job description
Position Summary:
Assists Sales Manager and other management positions in daily Sales and Plant Production efforts
Essential Job Functions:
Assists with pricing guidance to customer service representatives and Sales Manager
Assists the sales force to ensure good customer service
Assists Customer Service Manager with decisions, conflicts, and with meeting customer needs
Assists with reviews and commission reports that are then turned over to Controller for payment
Timely reviews all expense reports
Visits and supports customers as needed
Travels with NEWW Sales Representatives as needed
Assumes role as NEWW Sales Representative as time and circumstance allow
Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Sales Manager, or designee
Education and/or Experience:
College experience with completion of a degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
