The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in delivering quality customer service to clients, staff, vendors and visitors by providing front desk and administrative support.

Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information.
Experience as an administrative assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
Familiar with Quickbooks and customer service
- Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
- Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- Deadline driven and highly organized
- Communicate clearly, both written and verbally
