Our hospital near The Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time, permanent Administrative Nurse Manager to join our growing team. Details are below:

Salary: $135,000-$175,000/annually (depending on experience)

Administrative Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday; General working hours

Administrative Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• 5 years of nursing experience required
• RN License in the state of New York
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification upon start date

Administrative Nurse Manager Job Description:

• 50 associates report to the ANM
• Directly manages day-to-day operations ,including management of RNs, LPNs, Nursing Assistants, and other support staff.
• Standardizes operating procedures and effectively troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise.
• Develops a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders, including other departments and physicians to obtain feedback, support, and promote the department’s operational and strategic goals, and maintain the highest standards of quality care, patient safety, and customer service.
