Job Summary: The Administrative Specialist will assist in supporting multiple functions with administrative support including but not limited to submitting tickets, answering emails, processing timesheets, travel coordination, data clean-up, managing purchases, paying vendors, and producing meeting notes for a variety of meetings. Responsible for scheduling meetings for the Assistant Dean. Additionally, this position will assist with maintaining all student files in a variety of ways including but not limited to, processing course schedule adjustments, updating graduation dates, assigning and processing advisor updates, sending out change of status notifications, provisioning incoming student accounts and communicating missing requirements for financial aid. Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and three years of administrative experience required or bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills, dedication to confidentiality and the ability to multitask are a must. The ability to effectively communicate in both a verbal and/or written manner with students and colleagues is essential.
