Job description

Constant Staffing has immediate openings for Plant Administrator for a company located in Newport News, Virginia. The ideal person should be well versed in Excel, pivot tables, data analytics, charts, graphs, reporting, vslookup, creating new reports, and an overall data expert. Make recommendations to improve the alignment of sales compensation plans. Prepares sales forecast and collects/analyzes data to meet sales goals. Conducts analysis and prepares reports for order status, sales, result, leads and quotas.

· Ability to work with Production, Sales, Finance and President to gather necessary data to improve efficiency.

· Generate and review monthly inventory and sales reports

· Review sales activity and inventory to ensure orders can be filled.

· Assist Plant Manager with forecasting and communicating product needs

· Build and distribute reports

· Proficient with excel, create pivot tables, vslookup, lookup tables and Windows 365

· Experience with computers and software knowledge

· Detailed oriented and well organized

· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Informatica or Alteryx is a plus

· Identifies and executes continuous improvement opportunities.
