Our organization is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This includes responding to inquiries, scheduling tours and interviews, and providing information on our programs and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse population of students and families.

Admissions Coordinators are often the first point of contact for prospective students looking to pursue their educational goals in the healthcare industry. You must have a desire to help make a difference in people’s lives. This person will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire enrollment process and through career placement after graduation.

Skills/Competencies Required:

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly/weekly goals
• Maintain timely follow-up with all leads according to established processes
• Ensure zero error rate in data gathering and entry
• Maintain database in an organized, error-free manner
• Proficiency on a PC computer, Internet, and email applications
• Skills in marketing, teamwork, documentation, and business writing
• Maintain honesty and professionalism
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Experience in Sales and Business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Mount Dora, FL 32757: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
