ADON- Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist– (RN) Skilled Nursing Facility

Alliance Health at Marie Esther is a small 36-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility located in Marlborough, MA. We are a well-established, positive, team-oriented center that strives to support one another and our staff, while working to achieve excellent care and service for our patients and residents.

We are looking for an RN to join our management team as the Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist. The duties for this position are to provide staff education and oversight of Infection Prevention, procedures and protocols. We are looking for someone who can provide guidance and oversight to the nursing team, facilitate nursing care to our residents while acting as the mentor to our employees.
