Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for establishing and implementing strategies and tactics that will develop and continually enhance the performance of the Clinically Integrated Network and value-based contracts. This person will be accountable for executing business strategies to support the value proposition for the members of the Clinically Integrated Network and for improving the operations of Pop Health Services. This will be accomplished through analyzing trends, focus groups, collaborating with CIN leadership to identify opportunities for new product offerings. This leader is expected to contribute in a strategic and operational manner to sustainably improve performance in all aspects of Population Health In addition, this position identifies, researches, and prioritizes new opportunities consistent with strategic goals of Population Health Services and partners with key stakeholders within OhioHealth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree (Required)

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with Population Health across the continuum of care
• Knowledge of Value Based Care, payer contracts
• Strong ability to structure a problem, identify key questions, and propose a pathway to addressing those questions with robust analytical support
• Ability to take data and package into a story to inform and drive leadership decision-making
• Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement and GEMBA processes
• Collaborative and comfortable working in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner, verbally, graphically and in writing
• Understands how to successfully navigate and succeed within complex, matrixed organizations
• Aligns with OhioHealth Leadership Competencies, building culture and effectively leading team to produce results
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
