At our medically Supervised Weight Control Clinic, we develop customized medical weight loss programs that help patients understand their body types through medical weight control.

Will have to travel between our various Locations. We are looking for an RN at the following locations Chino Hills and Fontana to travel between. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Primary Responsibilities:

Looking for an energetic, outgoing Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Medical Weight Control Clinic

The right person must be responsible, should have excellent work ethic, a friendly personality, being able to multitask, be a quick learner and also self-motivated. The ideal candidate would be a medical assistant that has been cross trained for front and back office and has experience with weight loss programs. Someone who has no problem selling product to patients and explaining to them what each of the products do.

Some of the daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Answering the phones promptly, providing excellent customer service
• Checks and responds to voicemail messages promptly. Appointment-setting:
• Booking appointments correctly
• Rescheduling or canceling patient appointments as needed. Medical Record Management:
• Attach incoming patient information such as referral reports, lab reports, and medical records from other providers.
• File and retrieve charts and prepare charts Patient Check-in and Check-out:
• Greeting patients as they arrive, and ensuring each patient is seen by the provider in a timely manner. Identifies patients that need to update their information.
• Take vitals, administering injections and have them ready for the provider.
• Assess fees/discounts, collect payment, and provide a receipt to each patient.
• Maintain patient privacy at the front desk and in the reception area. Additional Requirements
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and good communication with the patients and clients and other team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures. (open office, close out, update all record keeping)

Rooming Patients (vitals and injections)

Weight Loss Consulting

Botox and filler experience.

Administer IV for IV Therapy is a must.

Assess new and returning patients

Obtain, review and document patients' medical history

Educate patients about program options, provide educational material for patients

Dispense medication under the scope of the physician on staff

Answer patients questions, counsel on nutrition

Maintain medical records, document charts, and consult with M.D. as needed

Maintain company standards of patient care

We will give you all of the appropriate training you will need to be successful in this weight management position.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

• Aesthetic: 2 years (Required)
• Botox: 2 years (Required)
