About This Opportunity
Twin City Hardware (TCH) is currently looking to replace a crucial role in our Aftermarket Sales division. This role will be the administrative support to our Aftermarket Sales team and our customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to organize and manage multiple projects, ability to acquire product and industry knowledge, and provide a superior customer experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Data entry into TCH order entry system- Microsoft Business Center (MBC)
  • Work with our Key Center to provide information needed to complete production orders
  • Process credit card payments
  • Learn basic Masterkey process; answer internal and external questions and help troubleshoot
  • Assist Aftermarket Sales team with writing quotes and other customer needs
  • Attend internal and external training to increase product knowledge of the door and hardware industry
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Requirements

  • Prior customer service/ sales experience a plus
  • Previous administrative experience, preferred
  • Basic door and hardware knowledge, preferred
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form, with a focus on strong customer service
  • Data management skills
  • Proficient with basic computer software in a Windows/ Google based environment, especially spreadsheets and email
  • Favorable results from a criminal background check

Working Conditions

Office environment with extended periods of computer work, workstation allows for sitting or standing.
