As a
Agile Product Owner you will work closely with the development team in the definition and prioritization of use case scenarios to execute against the goals that the Product Manager helps to define. Great products aren’t made by a single great thinker. They’re made by teams of good people doing really good work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritization of scope of work so that the business clearly understands the costs and benefits of each choice so it can guide the product manager toward the right decision.
- Works with internal stakeholders to ensure the most important decisions and features are implemented that satisfy the objectives of the initiative and receive the anticipated ROI.
- Helps teams execute on a shared vision so the expected outcomes and impacts are achieved.
- Outlines the plan for achieving success to internal stakeholders and project teams.
- Owns team backlog and fulfillment work for each project.
- Involved in day-to-day software development team activities.
- Creating project requirements using BDD formatted scenario-based requirement writing that is co-created in collaboration with project development teams ensuring each scenario meets the expectations of the Product Manager and internal stakeholders.
- Handling escalated product support requests on products that are owned by the Product Owner so that issues may be resolved by either the Project Development Team or another internal stakeholder.
- Coordinating project status together with the Project Manager, Program Manager, and Product Manager so priorities can be reported, decided, and shifted based on incremental project success, failure, and experimentation results.
- Coordinating releases, iteration output, and overall development output with Product Managers so Product Marketing can be established for the output and all internal and external stakeholders can be updated.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstratable strategies for preventing expectations getting misaligned, time getting wasted, and teams running the risk of creating products or features that don’t satisfy customer needs.
- Demonstratable success working with internal stakeholders
- Demonstratable strategy for defining what success looks like
- Demonstratable strategy for working at a conceptual level and working with Product Owners, Developers, and other day-to-day team members to translate vision and concepts into functional requirements.
- Strong aptitude for understanding the differences between things that are in the realm of chaos, complexity, complicated, and simple to the degree that it impacts the definition of ready for when work is suitable and ready for project development teams to begin work.
- Strong aptitude for working with virtual tools such as Miro to enable highly productive remote workshop sessions over Zoom, leveraging breakout sessions and other tactics to get highly collaborative results.
- A Healthcare Information technology background is desired, but not required. More importantly, strong Product Ownership skills and strategies are desired more than the business domain expertise of Healthcare.
