Assist in coordinating the day-to-day flight operations in accordance with all federal air regulations and different companies' aviation operations requirements. You will actively participate in implementing company safety policy and departmental standards and procedures. Gain full knowledge from start to finish assembling flights from food, drinks, and whatever the flights may be.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to interpret Flight Specifications and Billing Sales Form.
• Ability to conduct specification checks on finished product.
• Ability to organize and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Ability to comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customer and suppliers both internal and external.
• Must be detail oriented.

Principal Responsibilities

• Check flight against Boarding Bill and Diagrams to ensure correct packing and accuracy of paperwork.
• Communicate issues found to Management and Quality as well as employee responsible for packing.
• Add or subtract product for assigned flights as necessary.
• Ensure flight is complete and fully prepared for departure.
• Maintain documentation/file of all flights checked.
• Provide excellent internal customer service.
• Quantity & Quality control
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Excellent attendance.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Must be a team spirited individual.
• Should have good working knowledge of airline specifications.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Basic computer skills - ability to use a tablet to input data.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently, 25+ pounds occasionally & 10+ pounds consistently. Ability to push / pull 75+ pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 – 12 hours a day.
