Location: Lake Park, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00-$26.00 hourly
Working Schedule: M-F 40 hours a week (Some Saturdays may be required)
KeyStaff is seeking an all-around shop person that has mechanical and some electrical experience. The position requires the candidate to be able to operate a variety of machinery (and hand tools) to fabricate, manufacture assemble or disassemble parts or products.
Job Description:
- Able to operate the machinery, but also to understand how the machine works, set it up, run it, troubleshoot as necessary.
- Support engineering and production by fabricating various designs or prototypes
- Build fixtures based on supplied requirements
- Effectively communicate thoughts and ideas
- Able to solve problems effectively
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions (written, oral or diagram)
- Self-Starter and can think for himself or herself.
Some of the machines include:
- Milling Machines
- Lathes
- Drill Presses
- Table saws
- Setup and Operate CNC machines with G-Code Programming is a plus
