It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely for three (3) or more days a week and will share a hoteling workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
Summary of the Job:

FNBO is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated professional that is excited to join our IT Asset Management team. The IT Asset Manager will help ensure the FNBO hardware and software inventory is effectively managed throughout its lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in supporting the overall success of the IT Asset Management program.
About This Role:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations within the IT Asset Management program: software fulfillment, EOL asset monitoring, software reclamation, license compliance & optimization, and hardware inventory.
  • Support the maintenance of inventory for all software and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain the software catalog that is used to request and deploy approved software.
  • Review vendor agreements/contracts to assist technology owners interpret and comply with entitlements, warranties, maintenance & support, and other contract terms related to all software and hardware products.
  • Utilize ITAM system(s) to set-up and monitor license compliance for software products.
  • Perform license reviews in support of the software and hardware contract renewals, decommissioning of assets, and purchases of new technology products.
  • Interface and collaborate directly with enterprise finance, legal, sourcing, and risk entities to ensure effectiveness of ITAM program and processes.
  • Provide reporting and analytics in support of optimizing software and hardware inventory.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or seven years of equivalent experience.
  • Effective communications and collaboration skills; ability to work with management and technical staffs of all levels and skill sets.
  • Professional experience working with technology contracts and software licensing.
  • Advanced ability to gather business and technology requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts and procedures used in a purchasing and asset management environment.
  • Minimum of one year experience in data analytics to support software planning, compliance and asset reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational, analytic, and complex problem solving skills.
  • Certification in IT Asset Management or minimum 3 years’ experience working directly in IT Asset Management role.
  • Experience with or knowledge of major ITAM systems such as Flexera, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
  • Highly effective speaking, listening, writing, and interpersonal skills.
