Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking qualified candidates for a Groundskeeper for the Rocky Creek Apartments in Southaven, Mississippi. The primary job responsibility is to ensure that the grounds are clean and that the apartment buildings are in functional order for the residents.
Duties include:
- maintaining the appearance of the grounds and common areas
- sweeping and/or mopping hallways, stairwells, and common areas
- vacuuming all carpeted areas daily
- cleaning restrooms
- performing any necessary minor repairs in common areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to perform cleanup tasks such as emptying waste containers and vacuuming
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements
- Good verbal communication skills; fluency in the English language is required
- Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
- Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
